Day after day, clients call, wanting advice on buying real estate. Typically, the conversation goes something like this: “Tim, where do you think the market is going?  My 401(k) is about half of what it was a year ago, and people are losing jobs. I think the market is headed lower. Should I buy farm and ranch property in this market?”
